Thank you everyone for joining the DTA! I'm happy how many gorgeous entries we got! So many in fact that it was impossible for me to select just one winner, I ended up picking winner randomly from my very favorites xD All entries were just so beautifully done so I wanted to reward you all somehow! Everyone who joined will get not only the 500 GP that were promised but also a tier 1 MYO ticket! With Tier 1 ticket you can draw your own Merinori design. (This ticket allows you to create a Merinori without appearance additions (meaning no wings, no tails, no insect limbs, no halos or horns. You also can not use other than mermaid tail on your design. Hello all and thank you soooooooo much for 1,800 Watchers!! I'm so lucky to have so many people around me supporting my art and my dreams!  
I can't believe how many people watch me every day, it really brightens up my day and keeps me going on the days when I doubt myself and my skills to do all of this... 
Sadly I don't have much to give atm and I'm in the need of a lot of money due some sudden bills so I can not host point raffles as usual but since I just launched this species
officially I thought I'd make a DTA since it's been requested! Since I had no Merinori boyboys yet I made this special shark boy for you guys to draw and perhaps adopt ^^d

Appearance
Merinori's have two different appearances that are easy to tell apart.
First form is called Mer the Insect Fairy (Nr. 1 on the picture below) and the second form is called Nor the Kemonomimi (Nr. 2 on the picture below)
Their appearance difference can be told apart from their ears. Mer's have elf like ears and also small insect antennas on their head. Nor's have animal ears, were they kitsune, neko, inu, usagi or other animal forms. 
All Merinoris have their mermaid or other sea creature form as well as two legged human form.Merinoris can switch their forms at any time and they might have small appearance changes when changing from their aquatic form to their land form.Mer in human form can grow extra limbs, have multiple wings, horns etc.Nor   Merinori Gaia Point SystemMerinori Gaia Point system is a point system for all Merinori owners and fans to connect more with your Merinori and gain upgrades for them.
This system is open for all the members of Merinori-Onsen group who is interested in getting a Merinori, enjoys drawing fan art or owns one.

What is a DTA?
DTA means draw to adopt and all you have to do is draw this design with the color set I have selected for you to use! ^^ I will then pick my favorite design and the winner gets to keep the adopt!

What to do and how to join?
-Be a member (not only a watcher) of our Merinori fan group Merinori-Onsen 
-Draw this design with your style using the color palette I have picked for you. You DON'T have to use all of the colors and you can change the color tint a bit but the color set has to stay the same, meaning you can not ADD a color that is not on the set already example, green or red. The colors I used for this palette are purple, orange, yellow, white, blue and dark blue. It is up to you if you wanna use different purple or white etc. than showed on the palette.
-I'd like to point out tho that the tail should be a color what real shark could have as a tail color, meaning do not use other colors than greyish blue on the tail.
-Skin color will be up to you, it haven't been added to the color palette! 
-You can alter the design, ex. remove the headpiece or add something to the design ex. making hair longer or draw different accessories.
-Once you have drawn the character, UPLOAD it to your dA not into stash (also don't ask me to approve your design before submitting) and title your drawing as ''DTA Merinori Entry'', add a credit for me as species creator in the description and link your creation on the comments below.
-I will add your entry to the Merinori group and you have to accept the adding request via your correspond messages.
-You can use bases but I will not provide a base this time.
-Digital or Traditional art are accepted.
-Only one entry per person!
-You can draw full body or a chibi.
-Draw only this Aquatic Shark form even if this species has both aquatic and humanoid form. If you win this contest you can draw him also as humanoid!
-The winner of the character can keep it, trade it or gift it but can not sell it.
-After the event you can keep the design in your gallery but you can not use the character! And do not change the title or description after the event!
-Every entry will gain 500 Gaia Points for the Merinori Gaia shop after the event is over!
